It's getting closer...........

Time is just flying by at the moment. 7 weeks to go!
There hasn't been much cycling going on at the moment. I've been away from home for the past 2 weekends so wasn't able to go out and I've only been able to get to 1 Spinning class in that time.
I have this coming weekend all to myself though so the plan is to Spin on Friday then do a 3-4 hour ride on Sat, Sun and Monday.
I had my injections this week - typhoid, hep A, dipheria, tetanus and polio. 3 injections in all. I have a phobia about needles so needed Graham to come along with me for morale support. All went ok, but my arms became really heavy throughout the day and then last night and this morning my temperature has been all over the place. Really hoping I'll be back to normal at some point soon.
I also received a letter from Action for Charity this morning confirming my place and requesting airport taxes!! It's all becoming very real now and a little bit scary, but everyone keeps telling me that it'll be fantastic experience and I'm sure that'll be the case.
